What counts as a company?: One dataroom for one company: its documents, its investors, its share links and its audit log. Your whole team works inside it.
Do investors pay anything?: No. Investors enter by invitation or through a share link you send. The subscription is paid by the company running the room.
What happens after the 14-day trial?: You keep the room on a monthly subscription, billed per company.
Which file types can I upload?: PDF, DOCX, XLSX and markdown. Models and updates live in the portal alongside them.
